What to do to keep fit & healthy
- Always respect your body basic needs for pure water, fresh food, sleep, rest, activity, good hygiene, fresh air and sunlight.
- Make sure your body is properly hydrated.
Body weight in pounds x 15 (15 ml of pure water) = pure water daily requirements.
The more dehydrated, the more your body produces histamine and other chemicals to manage the drought.
Pure water is a natural anti-histamine.
Pure water is a natural painkiller.
- Real untreated unrefined sea salt (Sel de Guerande, Himalayan or rock salt) is essential for our health.
Real sea salt is damp and grey.
It contains more than 80 minerals naturally.
Our daily requirements: 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon / day, including what you put in your diet.
The salt from the supermarkets has been chemically treated. It is white and dry and has lost all of its minerals.
Untreated sea salt is a natural anti-histamine and painkiller. It supports the kidneys and adrenal glands.
CAUTION: If you are chronically dehydrated, having salt can be a problem because your body will retain the salt in order to retain its water. If you take too much salt you may suffer from headaches or you may feel some swelling under your skin. If it is your case, just stop taking salt for a few days until your body returns to normal. Salt is daily flushed out when properly hydrated.
- Have a fresh varied diet, which will provide your body with essential amino acids, minerals, vitamins and trace-elements.
- Make sure that your levels of minerals, trace-elements and vitamins are at 100%.
- Walk at least 1 hour / day.
- Exercise 1 to 2 hours / week is sufficient for maintenance.
- Balance activity and rest. It is only when you rest that your repair and regeneration systems kick in.
- Sunlight and fresh air are essential for a healthy body. Do not bathe in the sun at a time when UVs are dangerous for the skin, of course.
- Maintenance
Your body, like your car, needs maintenance because from the age of 21, the health and function of your organs are decreasing.
Alternative therapies are the best way to achieve this.
- Changing your health
The only way to change your health is first of all to take control of it, and secondly to change the way you think, act, speak, eat, drink as well as the way you deal with stress.
Once you have done all of the above, you have already sorted out at least 95% of your health problems, if not more.
- Never ignore pain. Pain is the way your body warns you of a problem. You need to correct that problem.
Your body constantly gives you feedback of its functioning, don't ignore it, listen to it. The more you will listen to that feedback the more you will know instantly when something is going wrong.
- Never ignore minor health issues that do not clear by themselves within 72 hours, or that come and go on a regular basis.
- To be healthy and happy it is also important to fulfill our needs for intimatcy, spirituality, friendship, challenges, creativity and fun.

- Don't trust the words "pure", "natural", "organic", "gentle" or "soft" on packagings. The only way to know that what you are buying is safe, is by reading the label of ingredients.
- Keep away from frozen, microwaved, genetically modified (GMO), processed and junk foods or drinks. They are dead foods and really unhealthy. They trigger unhealthy junk cells, behaviours, emotions and thoughts.
- All food additives (preservatives, antioxydants, emulsifiers, flavour enhancers, thickening, setting, moisturising, colouring agents, ...) are to be avoided as a general rule unless they come from food or plant source. They are responsbile for many allergic reactions, obesity as well as hyperactive behaviours.
- Stay away from sweeteners, which are really dangerous once in the body. They can be hidden in foods, drinks, medicines and supplements. They are present in most supplements for children. Read the ingredients of what you buy. Furthermore, your body is very intelligent. It knows when the sugar ingested is not a real sugar. It will make its own sugar because sugar is the fuel of the cells; without it, it can't function normally.
- Avoid all products containing Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). MSG creates brain lesions in people, specifically in embryos. The food industry uses it because it is very addictive. Its name is often hidden by another name by immoral criminal manufacturers.
- Light products are full of chemicals. It is better to have the real thing, but less.
- Do not eat hydrogenated fats or margerine, moslty if you suffer from high cholesterol. Those fats are dangerous.
- Be very weary of all chemicals, either smelt, injected, absorbed or put on the skin. They are all potentially dangerous and it is not dose relative, i.e. you may use a very small amount but have a big reaction or side-effect. Make sure you wear gloves and protections when you clean your house or work with chemicals.
- All petroleum products should be avoided as they modify the DNA. It always makes me very angry to see that petroleum is, in one form or another, in all baby care products and nappies. It is also widely used in cosmetics. Again read the ingredients label.
- Don't sleep with your mobile phone. Don't carry it "switched on" on your body all the time. Despite mobile phone companies' claims that they are safe, they are dangerous. Furthermore, most mobile phone chips sold to protect you from harmful radiations do not work at all.
- In order to maintain the natural energy flow of your electromagnetic field, only wear natural fibers like cotton, linen, silk, leather, wool, etc. This applies for bed linen as well.
- Alcohol has to be avoided at all cost. From my observations with my clients over the years, it does not bring anything good to the body contrarily to what people bevieve. It is also a faulty belief to think that alcohol is necessary to socialise or have fun. Furthermore, it creates real issues for the person from spiritual to physical. If you are pregnant, alcohol is an absolute no go area if you want your child to be normal. It makes me angry when pregnant women are told by their GP that they can have some alcohol during their pregnancy. It is criminal. Avoiding alcohol is easy if, like many women, you develop a dislike for it early in your pregnancy. Keep in mind that if alcohol would come out on the market today, it would be classed as a class A drug! It is also important to understand that when you feel thirsty, if you have pure water instead of anything else, your body will not be craving for another drink. It will be satisfied because it is what it actually needs. Drinking alcohol on a regular basis triggers vitamins and minerals deficiencies.
- Avoid smoking, of course. Smokers are often deficient in vitamins and minerals. Stop smoking if you are pregnant as it may cause harm and genetic defect in your unborn child. Avoiding smoking is easy if you develop a dislike for it early in your pregnancy.
